Filings

Triumph Research Specialists will submit your documents for recording in any county in the State of
Georgia. Documents may be sent via Federal Express, US Mail, another courier, or some may even
be emailed. Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) documents do not require a signature; therefore, upon
credit approval, you may email UCC's to our office for recording, and fees will be advanced on your
behalf. Upon receipt, our experts will review your documents prior to submission. This way, we can
avoid many rejections before they happen. Documents will be submitted to the filing office on the day
received or the next day, depending upon time received and recording location.
