Paul came to Triumph Research in 2002. After proving himself to be a fast learner, he was given the responsibility of field research in some of the more difficult jurisdictions.  Paul does a great deal of traveling work, covering the more rural jurisdictions in our area. Some of these locations do not maintain computerized records - they are sometimes handwritten and not even alphabetized! His attention to detail in smaller, remote counties is superb.
