Bill began his career in the secured
lending industry in an entry level position with a nationwide
search company. Through nine years with that company, he learned
every aspect of the business, communicating with agents,
employees, and clients. He opened and managed a branch office
in Atlanta before leaving to start his own company in 1997.
A one person operation initially, Triumph Research Specialists
has grown quickly to now include
thirteen employees. A solid background of customer service training
and simply knowing what it feels like to be on the other end of
the phone gives Bill a unique understanding of his customers'
needs.
